He also followed a training as a certified sleep coach with Floris Wouterson, one of Europe's leading sleep experts. With this scientifically substantiated knowledge and years of coaching experience, he now helps people step by step towards a fitter life and better sleep.

Kurt believes in a holistic approach to health. His coaching focuses on four pillars: exercise, nutrition, mindset, and sleep.
